Family Law

A family,  the keystone of society, is protected by both the Constitution and the Civil Code. Many issues related to the establishment, disruption of family ties and minor children are regulated by the family law.

ITO Hukuk ve Danışmanlık provides the following services in scope of family law:

  • Getting prescriptions for taking protective and preventive measures within the scope of the Law on the Protection of the Family and Prevention of Violence Against Women, the Law on the Protection of Children
