ITO Hukuk ve Danışmanlık was established in 1990 by advocate Şenol Alaaddin Işık. In 2007, as a result of a partnership with advocate Mehmet Emrah Taşkınsu, the company not only expanded the scope of services, but also accelerated its growth. In 2008, advocate Emre Burak Onat joined the partnership, and the structure of the company became even more dynamic.
ITO is an advocacy office that combines the experience accumulated from 1990 with tracking and application of current information.
Having the team of 12 people, ITO provides services predominantly in such areas, as recovery of debts and lawsuits arising due to enforcement process, disagreement between employees and employers, preparation of legal contracts and execution of contracting process, solving tax conflicts, applying for legal remedies to indemnify losses, protection of intellectual properties, solving legal problems between company partners, and management of concordat process. Thus, the company provides all required legal corporate consultancy from a single point. Besides, advocates who specialize in relevant fields, provide services in cases including defending in penal litigation, filing a legal action in administrative procedure against unjust administrative procedures, divorce and division of assets.
The company ensures specialization not only in main areas of law, but also in special sectors. For instance, since we have provided a long-term consultancy to companies that work in the sectors of mining, construction, iron-steel, fuel oils, start-up, transportation, tourism, insurance, and organization, we are able to offer quality solutions of legal problems in these sectors.
The services are managed from the headquarters office located in Çankaya, Ankara with a working area of 300m2. Additionally, the company has affiliated offices located in many cities, predominantly in Istanbul, İzmir, Bursa, Antalya, Mersin, and Van, and thanks to these offices, it can provide services of the same quality in any place of Turkey.
If needed, interpretation from and to any language is provided, and thanks to the advocates who have knowledge of English, Russian, and French, required international legal support can also be provided; affiliated offices exist in various countries, but predominantly Slavic states.
